Terms of use

A few simple rules to keep Timee a calm place for you.

1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and DBR Group ([full legal name, registration no., registered address — fill in before publishing]) for the use of the Timee app and related services. By creating an account or using Timee you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Timee.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and have the appropriate legal capacity to use Timee. You provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for activity on your account; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. The service

Timee is a personal notes and time-management tool. We may add, change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of significant changes. Timee is currently free; if fees are introduced later we will state the price and conditions before you pay.

4. Your content and data about others

You are responsible for what you enter. Do not use Timee to store or distribute unlawful content, content that infringes others' privacy or reputation, or personal data of others that you have no right to keep. "People" is for personal use only; you must not use it to profile, track or harass anyone.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorised access, vulnerability scanning, or interference with the system or other users' data.
• Bots or scrapers that overload the service.
• Reverse-engineering, copying or redistributing the app.
• Violating Vietnamese law, including cybersecurity rules.

6. Intellectual property

Timee, its source code, interface, brand and accompanying materials belong to DBR Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app under these terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, interfere with, resell or use our brand without written permission.

Content you create remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it solely to operate the service for you.

7. Privacy

Collection and processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Timee and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account if you breach these terms, endanger the system or others, or at the request of a competent authority; except in emergencies we will notify you beforehand where possible. After termination, data is handled as described under "Retention" in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law the service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for every purpose. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss caused by your device, network or actions, and our aggregate liability (if any) will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (including consumer-protection law) or that arises from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Timee is not a medical or therapeutic service; the journal, mood and sleep features are for self-tracking and do not replace professional advice. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings; do not rely on Timee for matters where forgetting would cause serious harm.

10. Apps from stores

If you obtained the app from the App Store or Google Play, Apple Inc. / Google LLC is not the provider of the app and has no responsibility for its content, warranty, support or claims relating to it; the store's standard terms apply in parallel. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms for the iOS version.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, the competent court in Vietnam has jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under consumer-protection law are not limited by these terms.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update this document when the product or the law changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they apply; the update date is shown at the top. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version, unless the law requires us to obtain your consent again.
