Common questions
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen choose “Forgot password”, enter your email to receive a 6-digit code (valid for 1 hour), then set a new password. Check your spam folder too.
My task reminders don’t show up.
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Timee and allow notifications. A reminder is only scheduled for a task whose reminder time is in the future.
I can’t add a photo to my journal.
Timee needs camera or photo-library access. Open iPhone Settings → Timee, allow access, then try again.
I deleted someone from “People” by mistake.
Deleted people stay in a trash for 30 days. Open the trash on the People screen to restore them.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Explore tab → Settings → “Delete account”; all data and photos are permanently deleted. If you can’t, email us from the address you registered with.
